My brother works in a kitchen twelve hours a day, so the paperwork side of his purchase landed on me. I am not a lawyer, I just read slowly.
Two things surprised me. First, the reservation contract he almost signed had no deadline for the developer at all, only for him. Second, the community fees for the building were three years old in the brochure and forty percent higher in reality.
